
CPR+AED for the Community and Workplace
CPR -- Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation, taught according to the most recent standards, currently the 2010 Guidelines. The Guidelines change every five years. Includes the Heimlich Maneuver technique.
Addresses fears such as how to not catch a disease, get sued, or do more damage to yourself or others. This is a great fear-busting class and many comments reviewing the class have said students were more prepared than with other CPR instructors! Lives have been saved after taking a CPR+AED class from Cross Training!
AED -- Covers public access to AED's (Automated External Defibrillators) & training for a layperson's use of an AED. This training prepares class for all AED's, including the AED you may have at your office.
This is a 4 hour class.
CPR PRO for Medical Professionals
This class is for Medical Professionals such as Doctors, Nurses, EMT's and Lifeguards.
Includes CPR+AED for all ages; Adult, Child & Infant, plus more skills.
This class is 6-8 hours in length

Basic First Aid
How to administer Basic First Aid such as bleeding, burns, broken bones, heat stroke, frostbite and muscle sprains.
Average time for class is 1.5-2 hours

CPR+First Aid+AED
for the Community and Workplace
Our most popular class! Combines CPR+AED with the skills and knowledge of First Aid.

CPR only for the Community & Workplace
(phased out)
CPR only is being phased out. Authorities are making CPR with AED training the new standard, as AED units are so common today. CPR only cards cannot be purchased, everything is being transitioned to CPR+AED.
Even if you do not have an AED in your workplace, you will find AEDs in shopping malls, airports, fitness facilities, high schools and many other public places. AED training prepares you for any situation, whether at work, home, or out just "living your life."

Provides training & information for complying with the FDA requirement for training in emergency oxygen administration.
Usually part of a CPR class and adds less than an hour to the class time.

Can be taught as part of a CPR or First Aid class, or can be a stand alone class. This class is also listed in the section on Safety.
